Why I love to fish!

I have been fishing, on and off for most of my life but in the last ten years I have developed a deep passion for the sport of fishing.
It is invigorating, revitalising and fulfilling to me in so many ways. Just spending time in nature and on the water is often reward enough.
But the anticipation of a fish hitting at any moment, and the ensuing battle that follows has become an addiction. I spend a lot of time fishing, preparing to fish, or just thinking about fishing. We are very blessed here in the Okanaghan, and in BC in general with so many great fishing opportunities and such a wonderful natural environment in which to spend time.

Being from Australia and having married a lovely Canadian girl, I am now lucky enough to make Kelowna my home. I have fished the Okanaghan for many years now and have caught lots of beautiful fish from 1 pound to over 30+! I love the outdoors, I love to fish and I love to get people into fish!

The boat is a 19' 2005 Campion Explorer made right here in Kelowna, fitted out with a 4 stroke Yamaha 150hp, a 4 stroke Yamaha 6hp kicker for trolling. We are also fully equipped with Scotty electric downriggers, a Lowrance fish finder and GPS plotter, plus a VHS radio and all the necessary safety equipment including life jackets. It seats four adults comfortably and or two adults and three kids comfortably.
